Dana Unger is former loan originator and current Senior Loan Processor for the AMT Group, helping clients and affinity partners with Trusted Mortgage Solutions®.
Dana’s primary role on the team is taking new purchase and refinance loan files for our team and preparing them for underwriting approval. Dana maintains relationships with former clients and agents who value her 15 years of experience with underwriting guidelines. Dana also serves as one of our AMT Group preliminary underwriting specialists, helping us with difficult loan structuring strategies when the client does not fit easily into “the box.”
The AMT Group takes each prospective client thru a consultation process beginning with a discovery session with a Certified Mortgage Planner. This helps a client frame their long-term goals & objectives in relation to any dangers, opportunities, and strengths in their current plan that should be considered prior to originating a new loan.
With a new plan established, the AMT Group will then qualify options for the lowest cost mortgage product with the least amount of risk for each borrower. Once qualified, the team works with each client’s trusted advisors to properly executed the Trusted Mortgage Solution®.
